Join me for an immersive and transformative in-person workshop designed to guide you on a  journey of self-discovery and healing. Facilitated by Mel a training therapist (final year) & certified breathwork facilitator with experience in trauma, this workshop offers a unique blend of ancient and modern natural medicine to help you release past trauma and step into a renewed sense of self.

What to Expect:

Cacao Ceremony:

We begin our journey with a sacred cacao heart-opening ritual that prepares you for deep emotional and spiritual work. Allow its nurturing energy to open your heart and set the intention for your journey

Breathwork Journey:

The core of our workshop is a 60-minute breathwork journey. Using conscious, connected breathing techniques, we will help you enter an expanded state of consciousness where deep healing can occur. Breathwork is a powerful tool for releasing stored trauma, accessing hidden emotions, and gaining insights into your true self.

Energy Healing:

During the breathwork session, we will support you with energy healing techniques to support your release and integration process. We  will work with your energy field to clear blockages, balance your chakras, and support you to release.

Integration:

We will conclude with a guided integration process, helping you to process the experiences and insights gained during the workshop. This ensures you leave feeling grounded, empowered, and ready to step into your life with a renewed perspective.

Benefits of Attending:

  • Release past trauma and emotional blockages
  • Gain clarity and insight into your emotional landscape
