The healing self program uses an integrative therapeutic coaching approach that combines the best of trauma informed therapeutic techniques, coaching practices and alternative modalities like breathwork to create a holistic approach to personal transformation and healing.
With my background in trauma-informed therapy studies with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Anthropology followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling, training in indigenous healing modalities, certified in breathwork and experience with shadow work, and emotional healing, I have spent years supporting clients in navigating deep emotional wounds and creating genuine self-empowerment through this deep work.
Alongside my qualifications as a therapist, I have gained extensive experience in guiding individuals through mindset shifts, emotional regulation, and personal development. And by merging therapy, breathwork and coaching, I offer a integrative space where clients can not only heal their past traumas but also develop practical strategies to embody their true selves, overcome limiting beliefs, and achieve their goals.

The Healing Self Program is rooted in several key evidence based therapeutic approaches: somatic therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and attachment theory.
Somatic therapy focuses on the connection between the mind and body, utilising body awareness and physical sensations to address emotional and psychological issues. This approach helps release trauma stored in the body, promoting holistic healing.
Emotionally focused therapy, is based on attachment theory, emphasizes the importance of secure relationships, aiming to strengthen emotional bonds and improve interpersonal relationships both with others but also with your internal parts, shadow self, inner child and other identities. It helps individuals understand and manage their emotions, leading to better mental health.
Attachment theory explores how early attachment experiences influence current relationships and emotional well-being, providing insight into patterns of behavior and emotions, and guiding the development of healthier, more secure relationships.
My practice is guided by the principles of Te Tiriti , ensuring a culturally sensitive and inclusive approach. We honour the Māori worldview, incorporating its holistic values and practices to create a respectful and empowering therapeutic environment.

It is a powerful, immersive approach that goes beyond surface-level changes, focusing on you as a whole—mind, body, and spirit—to create lasting transformation.
This isn’t just about talking things out like in traditional therapy; it’s about action, integration, and impact. Unlike my Breakthrough Sessions, which laser-focus on specific issues, integrative therapeutic coaching takes you on a broader journey. Each 90-minute weekly session we have in The Healing Self program is intuitively guided and adaptable, allowing us to meet whatever’s most relevant for you in the moment. Sometimes that looks like releasing with breathwork; other times, it’s digging into mindset work, diving into deep therapeutic techniques or receiving accountability and guidance.
This experience goes beyond our time together each week. With ongoing support through Telegram Monday to Friday, you’ve got a solid accountability partner to keep momentum going between sessions.

Breakthrough sessions VS The Healing Self Program ... whats best for you?
Breakthrough Sessions are shorter, on-demand sessions that can be booked as needed. These sessions are designed for focused, immediate work on specific issues within a traditional therapy framework. Using emotionally focused and body-based therapeutic techniques, we target particular challenges or concerns you’re facing. This approach allows us to dive into the core of an issue and work through it effectively, making it a great option for when you need clarity, relief, or direction on a focused area. These can be booked casually as you need.
The Healing Self Program offers a more spacious, transformative experience over a set period, allowing us to address not only specific issues but also subconscious patterns and broader life goals. Through 12x 90-minute sessions, we combine therapeutic techniques, coaching practices, and breathwork, creating a holistic framework that addresses mind, body, and spirit. This comprehensive structure is ideal if you're seeking sustained change and want to develop deeper self-awareness and resilience. Additionally, with continuous support through Telegram from Monday to Friday, you gain accountability and guidance that extends beyond our sessions.

I am a devoted mother, wife, and entrepreneur, who has a passion for holistic wellness.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Anthropology, and just completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling, alongside a breathwork certification, and currently studying postgraduate anthropology (I know over achiever much!) my academic journey guides me in advocating for natural approaches to trauma, personal development and mental health, rooted in personal experience.
